Individual Membership
Join a vibrant community of addiction professionals dedicated to excellence in addiction treatment and recovery. VAAP’s individual membership categories cater to professionals at every stage of their careers, including:
Professional Members: For individuals practicing as addiction professionals and/or holding qualifications, licenses, or certifications.
Associate Members: For individuals working towards qualifications, licenses, or certifications, under supervision, or other non-clinical professionals.
Peer Recovery Support Members: For credentialed, licensed, certified, or registered peer recovery support specialists or recovery coaches.
Student Members: For students enrolled in college, university, or state-approved training facilities. Student members must not be currently licensed or certified as an addiction professional, or practicing as an addiction professional.
Retired Members: For retired professionals no longer practicing but looking to stay connected to the field.
